Berkshire Pork Old Fashioned Smoked Ham

We only get these in for special occasions, and boy oh boy are the special.

Naturally smoked in-house by our local third-generation Italian butcher shop. Such a treat, that even we always sneak one (or more!) for our own freezer. These old-fashioned hams are delicious served at your holiday table with a sticky brown sugar glaze and even better the next morning pan fried with some sunny side eggs. Bliss. 

Allow approximately 1/2 pound per person.

• 3-4 pounds on average
• naturally smoked in an honest-to-goodness smokehouse (no liquid smoke here!)

• beautiful fat cap for exceptional crackling
