Berkshire Pork Spareribs
Hearty pork side ribs are bigger, meatier and more flavourful than baby back ribs and have more bones and fat making for a tasty cut of meat.
I cook mine from frozen in just 35 minutes in the Instapot before a quick broil with homemade BBQ sauce - they'll taste like they took forever, but I won't tell your secret!

About Our Heritage Breed Pork
At Coghlan Cottage Farm we specialize in raising rare-breed Berkshire and Gloucester Old Spot pigs.
These old breeds produce pork that is much more flavourful than the commercial breeds you'll find almost everywhere else.
Berkshire pork sports spectacular marbling and rich, dark meat.
Rare Breed Pork
Our heritage breed pigs are raised outside with lots of love.
We NEVER use confining gestation crates; Mamas enjoy co-parenting with their siblings and piglets are allowed to wean naturally.
Raised on GMO-Free feed and fresh veggies.
